		<description>Do the multiple libraries that have now deployed SOPAC2 share aggregated &#039;social&#039; user data like tags between them? Or does each library has it&#039;s own seperate tag (etc) silo?  I&#039;ve thought (not alone) for a while that tags especially will need different libraries to aggregate together to get the critical mass to start being &#039;socially&#039; useful.</description>
