That&#039;s a fantastic point.  If/when something comes along that can appropriately lend context and focus to the chaos of social media, it&#039;ll be very useful.   (there are some places that do this now, but not on a grand scale)

		<description>One thing I think traditional media outlets have over new media is focus.  Users submitting news stories is great, and some news stories that would never have been reported on by Big Media have come to light because of user submitted content.  But the more user submitted content we get the more content we get overall and it becomes difficult for one person to keep current on a broad variety of subjects.  That is where Big Media, so far at least, has an advantage over New Media; it tends to be more focused.
