		<description>Well, we too in our library provide wireless internet to our users, but the wi-fi coverage area is limited to our reading hall, all users must register their laptops, and the access to most of the entertaining resourses is denied

		<description>Oh no!  Patrons using library services outside the imagined parameters!  I interviewed for a job at a library whose OPAC was not available outside the library.  I said, "So, when will the OPAC be on the web?"  

"Why would we do that?" they said.

"What if I'm home at 10 pm and want to see if the library has a book and maybe put a hold on it?"

"But why would anyone want to do that?"

Probably, I suppose, for the same reasons one might want to use library wifi after hours.  Sheesh.</description>
