I wanted to attend in person, (I'm an '82 UM MLS grad) but was only able to attend via IRC chat. Much of your discussion wasn't caught on IRC chat, however thanks to attendees for updating the wiki as sessions completed, and thanks for including Les Orchard's OPML notes - very helpful!

This summary is also very helpful, encouraging and stimulating. Before coming to my current job I had worked for another federal agency, where I had tried to introduce blogs and RSS into the corporate intranet. I was not successful, partially because I had the wrong audience (You mean anyone can post their comments and everyone can read them? Oh no, we don't want to allow that!), partially because I was not teaching myself fast enough, and partially because the timing was premature.

So discussions like this give me heart that the time is now here, our users really want these tools, and there are some techies out there with more skill (and many less years) than I have that are willing to share what they know in order to continue to make libraries relevant for many years to come. Thanks so much for hosting this library camp!

We talked about doing it again. I think that's a good possibility and most people there indicated that they would attend a second time.

It sounds like you had a great day. I am really sorry that I missed it. I hope you do another one soon. It is too bad that it wasn't recorded, but I am glad to have your summary, and I imagine many others will blog about it as well.
