When we did our last survey on what was/wasn't working on the library's Web site, 1/4 of the patrons said they would be happy to participate in future focus groups and usability studies...and they gave me their e-mail addresses to prove it...maybe they'd all like to be superpatrons....Hope 2006 finds you well! There's also some discussion of it in the nov/dec 2005 uf-discuss archives.
