Happy New Year, John! I'm finally catching up on my reading, and I love this idea. When we did our last survey on what was/wasn't working on the library's Web site, 1/4 of the patrons said they would be happy to participate in future focus groups and usability studies...and they gave me their e-mail addresses to prove it...maybe they'd all like to be superpatrons....Hope 2006 finds you well!

Best,
Erica

w/r/to microformat output for books etc., please consider popping in to #code4lib sometime and mentioning it... several of us have been discussion those same objectives for a little while. There's also some discussion of it in the nov/dec 2005 uf-discuss archives. Better if we all try the same approach together. :)
