		<description>Your &quot;evil thought&quot; is actually a good one, if the library were to do it.  Why shouldn&#039;t I be able to subscribe to &quot;all new books on knitting&quot;?  You could randomly pick people from the queue to be first in line, and let the library do the fair allocation.  Storing that in your system (and not the feed reader) would also mean that it would be accessable to people who didn&#039;t have feed readers, and your collections people would know better what topics they would have guaranteed readership of.</description>
